1. Promoter
The competition is conducted by The Pangea Agency Pty Ltd (ABN: 35 663 236 860), trading at Level 2, 627 Chapel Street, South Yarra, 3141 ("Promoter") on behalf of CarBee (Richard can you add ABN and trading address?)

2. Eligibility
2.1. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older.
2.2. Employees, directors, and officers of The Pangea Agency Pty Ltd and CarBee, and their immediate families, are ineligible to enter.
2.3. By entering, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
2.4. Entries found to be fraudulent or misrepresenting the vehicle or its ownership will be disqualified.
2.5. Entry is open to private vehicle sales listings only. Dealership sales listings are ineligible.

3. Competition Period
3.1. The competition runs for six (6) weeks, commencing on [Start Date] and concluding on [End Date] ("Competition Period").
3.2. Each weekly competition period commences at 12:00 AM (AEDT) on Monday and ends at 11:59 PM (AEDT) on Sunday.

4. How to Enter
4.1. To enter, participants must upload a creative, entertaining, and original video listing to sell their car via the CarBee app during the Competition Period.
4.2. Entries must be original and created by the entrant. Any entry suspected of plagiarism or duplication will be disqualified.
4.3. Multiple entries are permitted; however, only one entry per person per week may be shortlisted.
4.4. Entries must not contain any defamatory, offensive, obscene, or unlawful material. The Promoter reserves the right to remove and disqualify any entry deemed inappropriate.
4.5. Entries must abide by CarBee’s existing Terms and Conditions.
4.6. Entries must be for genuine vehicle sales listings and each entrant must be willing and able to prove their intent to sell.
4.7. By entering, participants are granting permission to CarBee to use their listing in marketing and promotional activities in all media channels.
4.8 All video entries must be submitted via the CarBee app. Social media uploads or external links will not be considered valid entries.

5. Judging and Winner Selection
5.1. This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner.
5.2. Each week, the Promoter will shortlist the best entries based on creativity, originality, and entertainment value.
5.3. A brand ambassador appointed by the Promoter will select the winning entry each week.
5.4. The brand ambassador will act as an independent judge and will not have any personal or financial interest in the competition outcome.
5.5. In the event of a tie or indecision, the Promoter will make the final determination.
5.6. The weekly winner will be notified via the contact details provided within 48 hours of selection.
5.7 Winners will be selected no later than the following Wednesday of each weekly entry period.

6. Prize
6.1. Each weekly winner will receive AUD $1,000 (Total Prize Pool: AUD $6,000 over six weeks).
6.2. The Promoter reserves the right to increase the weekly prize pool at any stage during the competition period. At no stage will the weekly prize pool be less than $1,000. However, at the Promoter’s discretion, it may become more.
6.3 The Promoter reserves the right to award additional prizes or runner-up awards at its discretion.
6.4. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for any other form of compensation.
6.5. The winner must provide valid Australian bank details to receive the prize.
6.6. The prize will be transferred via bank transfer within seven (7) days of the winner submitting their bank details.
6.7. The Promoter is not responsible for any tax implications associated with receiving the prize. Winners should seek independent financial advice if required.
6.8. The Promoter is not responsible for any errors or losses incurred due to incorrect or incomplete banking details provided by the winner. Payments will only be made once per winner based on the details submitted.
6.9. Winners must provide valid proof of identity (e.g., government-issued ID) upon request. Failure to do so may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.

7 General Conditions
7.1. By entering, participants consent to the Promoter using their name, entry, and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.
7.2. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including identity and eligibility) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
7.3. Entries found to be fraudulent or misrepresenting the vehicle or its ownership will be disqualified.
7.4. The Promoter is not responsible for any technical malfunctions or issues affecting entry submission.
7.5. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition if unforeseen circumstances impact the fair and proper conduct of the competition.
7.6. The Promoter’s decisions regarding the competition are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7.7. The Promoter accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in the competition or acceptance of the prize.
7.8. The Promoter does not guarantee the continuous availability of the CarBee app and is not responsible for any disruptions that may affect entry submission.
7.9. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to the next best entry.
7.10. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be engaging in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to submitting false information, manipulating the competition process, or using automated systems to generate entries.
7.11. The Promoter’s decision regarding all aspects of the competition, including the selection of winners, is final and binding. No correspondence or discussions will be entered into regarding results or disputes.
7.12. If the competition cannot be conducted as planned due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, including but not limited to technical failures, legal restrictions, or force majeure events, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the competition without liability.
7.13. By entering, participants release and indemnify the Promoter, its directors, employees, agents, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from participation in the competition or the use of submitted content.
7.14. This is a game of skill and does not require a trade promotion permit under current Australian state legislation.

8. Privacy
8.1. Personal information collected from entrants will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and will only be used for the purposes of administering this competition and contacting winners.
8.2. By entering the competition, participants grant the Promoter and CarBee a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, adapt, and publish their entry for promotional and marketing purposes, even if they do not win.
8.3. The Promoter does not collect or store personal data directly. All personal information submitted by entrants is collected and stored by CarBee in accordance with its privacy policy. The Promoter only receives exported competition entries (videos) for judging purposes and will not store or retain personal data beyond what is necessary for the selection and awarding of prizes.

9. Governing Law
9.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
